God’s Safety Net

 

Philippians 3:12-16

Not that I have already obtained this or am already perfect, but I press on to make it my own, because Christ Jesus has made me His own.  Brothers (and Sisters), I do NOT consider that I have made it my own. But one thing I do: FORGETTING what lies BEHIND and straining FORWARD to what lies ahead, I press on toward the goal for the prize of the UPWARD call of God in Christ Jesus.  Let those of us who are mature think this way, and if in anything you think otherwise, God will reveal that also to you.  Only let us hold true to what we have attained.

I want to ENCOURAGE you today to ALWAYS remember that if you are going through a struggle…or, even a set-back in something you are tirelessly striving to bring it across the “Finish-Line” of your VICTORY…do NOT “Let-Up” on your EFFORTS, DILIGENCE, TENACITY, ENTHUSIASTIC attitude, DREAM…or, even your DESIRE to receive your just reward at the completion of your GOAL to WIN your VICTORY.

No mother should have to hold her child as she is hooked up to machines that are tracking her last breaths. Ava Anne Marie Tabor was taken from this world. She didn’t lose her life, her life was taken from her, in the most vicious and cruel way.  Wesley Davis was watching Ava when she “wasn’t listening” as he stated, and he began to attack her. Yes you read that correctly. He lifted her frail 2 year old body up and threw her around the room for 30 minutes straight. Slamming her against walls, furniture, and anything else in sight.       Did you think MAGA would just go away? Did the carefully constructed articles and main stream news spots make you believe that LBTGQ was 85% of the population? Did you concern yourself about which pronoun is correct when addressing a child? Congratulations!
