What Did You Come to the Desert to See?
Blood Atonement
Blood Atonement is the belief that Jesus did not atone for certain types of sins, so the sinner must atone for these sins by being killed. This was first taught by the Mormon Church leaders in the mid-1850s but the current church claims that it was never put into practice, claiming that it only refers to capital punishment. This is the story of one little girl who did not accept the definition.
