As you may have noticed, I say very little about Witt & Wittier Films. In the spirit of transparency, I am one of the founders/partners of the group, occasionally an executive producer, writer and been told lately, an actor. Hold the applause, please.

There are many others, Rusty Joiner (Ya’ll Google him) Ashley Seal, and many other actors and actresses who have thrown in with us, not counting technical crews and support from the Austin community that makes our efforts possible. When you have time after one of our movies just read the credits.

We are a Faith Based organization ie we believe in God, specifically Jesus, with all the bells and whistles. One of the main ideas in the formation of our group was the continuation of various levels of the devaluation of the Christian faith among the population particularly among young people. The product of this is revealed when you have such devastation as we saw with the recent floods here in Texas. And kids, ages six to sixteen turn to what’s supposed to be adults and ask why! It’s deeper than that. Allow me to explain.

I just misspoke. Most of that didn’t ask why. They just continued to play games on their X-Box as if nothing ever happened! The continued barrage of Woke ideology had numbed their conscience. They have no view outside of whatever they read in social media and most of them cannot read with anything near comprehension. The pandemic destroyed public schools and when the institutions opened again they were being educated by teachers that there used to be laws keeping them five hundred yards from a school. You say the president’s name to a ten year old and you will get left wing gobbelty-goop some sexually confused predator taught them in history class. If a parent speaks out at a school board meeting, they are expelled from the room while a child who sees themselves as a cat demands a cat box in the school restroom. But the child who says a prayer before lunch is ostracized in the principal’s office. And this kid will vote some day if the Chinese don’t take over. God Bess Murica!

But it wasn’t just one factor that opened up Pandora’s box. A perfect storm blew up in 2019. In 2018 the average American didn’t know the difference between epidemic and pandemic. An epidemic was where everyone caught the seasonal flu while a pandemic was something they had over there. Then the doctors, scientists and department of education took charge and voila! No Mo’ schools. Two things followed. First, we were all locked in. When I was a boy, back in the day, on Saturday morning my parents kicked me out of the house and I had to be back when the streetlights came on. School was a blessing. Kick the kids out and the school bus dropped them off sometime that afternoon. The kids being sufficiently worn out from actual schoolwork, just making them catch the dishes would assure an early bedtime. In 2019 the kids, along with everyone else, was locked in, checking the numbers, and eventually being educated by the day drinkers that mommy and daddy had now become not counting the wonderful atmosphere of getting to know each other. What could possibly go wrong? “Mommy! I’m now a little girl, and President Biden says my surgery is my right!” THAT’S WHAT!

The kids’ social life was reduced to whatever came through their phones or computers from whomever had a wild hare up their arse! And it became institutionalized. Now write this down: If you are going to tell a lie, tell a big one, and if you tell it consistently it will become the truth! Lies: COVID came from a mayonnaise jar somewhere in China, we have a shot for that, and you are a girl in a little boy’s body.

The eradication of common sense became the order of the day. And you can’t blame the kids! So stop it! Their brains are still cooking. Their view of the world is still forming. Trump is not the President, some Alzheimer’s patient drooling on his shirt is. There are no rules, those are suggestions. Do what thou wilt! And do it anywhere, anytime because Pandemic 2.0 is coming and tomorrow we die. You can’t even enjoy summer because some cackle-babble head in a box out in California says the sun will kill you. Oh, don’t say kill, say unalive, a kinder, gentler term that does smell as bad when little girls like you float up in Guadalupe River. Nothing to see here. Go back to your X-Box!

You did this! You gave this itinerary to the Z-Generation and stood back snake amazed at what came out of the other end! And then, by a miracle of God Donald Trump became president. Talk about a fox in a hen house. Johnny America meets Ellen Degenerate. Did the kids freak out? Did Billy Graham eat fried chicken? You can’t blame someone for rejecting something that they have no memory of ever having seen before. The world of history, philosophy, religion, right, wrong and everything in between of our generation is as alien to the kids as a Monopoly Game! You remember Monopoly. Board game, competition, one winner at the end. Things that don’t exist in the world of Trans-cat people. Why have a forebrain if you don’t have to use it.

That’s what Witt and Wittier is all about. A bunch of voices crying from the Texas Wilderness. Texas was formed from an out of control desert filled with people from somewhere they didn’t want to be. We got to go to Texas where there ain’t no law! We know what lawlessness looks like. We know how kids with no direction act when allowed to follow the lead of liars, perverts, and narcissistic people. We know history. Are we perfect? Not by a damn sight, but we have Jesus, and like Him or not, the scientists, doctors, and sociologists have spent two thousand years trying to prove He didn’t get up one Sunday morning and just walk out of his grave like He had good sense. And He’s coming back. Until He does Witt and Wittier and dozens more like us have His flogged back!
