The Blood of Christ

 

 


What a tremendous week! Once in a Blue Moon <Hint Hint> something comes along that just takes command. Still, life goes on, so you are having to live life as it is and live with the side hustles that invariably come along.

I’ve reverted to politics and religion which are interchangeable. When you blend politics with religion, add a dash of imagination you get theology which is an oxymoron. A science of understanding God! We can’t understand women, but we think we can understand God. Think about that. Take all the time you need. I’ll wait. Personally, I gave up after six tries. You want to know who makes the best life partners? Cute sister in laws. And there are sociological reasons for this. Sisters are competitive, especially younger sisters. Ergo (is that even a word) they will try to best the older sibling at various things. What could be better? Anyway, you’ll figure her out long before you figure out God.

Witt & Wittier is exploding through no fault of my own. I never intended that to happen. Vic said it’s God’s will, and it has to be because I certainly didn’t do it. But it’s a simple concept. Bring Jesus to the unJesused generation. It had become accepted to run Him down to the kids, and being kids, using Tik Tok for scripture, it would appear that the Gospel is old news among new, innovative ideas like 10,000 genders, boy/girls, and ignoring simple things such as responsibility, morals, and common sense. So, who does God pick to bring this bull to the ground and tie him up? A rodeo rider and telephone pole climber. Told ya’ll God had a sense of humor.

But, inside I know that if I can just get this one thing right maybe, just maybe I can find a co-signer for judgement day. When you understand who the co-signer is, you will understand the balance sheet. And you can never balance it. Only He can. Now, when I want the insurmountable to become possible I bow my head and whisper, “The Blood of Christ.” I wish I’d come upon that six ex-wives ago. The road less traveled. IHS

No mother should have to hold her child as she is hooked up to machines that are tracking her last breaths. Ava Anne Marie Tabor was taken from this world.       Did you think MAGA would just go away? Did the carefully constructed articles and main stream news spots make you believe that LBTGQ was 85% of the population? Did you concern yourself about which pronoun is correct when addressing a child? Congratulations!
