Motive Means and Opportunity
Ok, cut the crap. When investigating an event you must identify motive, means, and opportunity. Most certainly the means was a gun. I maintain that a 30.06 would be devastating. Ask any grizzly bear. The expansion bubble upon entering would be larger than Charlie’s neck. Hence, no head left attached. Also, please note the delay of the retort or rather the lack there of. The depth of the sound, a crack, rather than a boom. Not one but several videos have pointed to evidence of an entry in the right side of the neck below the ear. Forget the movies. It ain’t like in the movies. Look at police shootings. It is very difficult to see where a bullet hits. That’s why police shoot the perp a lot! The neck would is almost certainly an exit wound. The size indicates it is most likely a 9mm or a 380. For inquiring minds a 380 is a knockoff of a 9mm that never hurt anyone on purpose and no seasoned shooter would trust it. Trajectory! If you draw a line between the two points indicated above, and continue it out and to the right of Charlie, whomever that line touches first is the shooter. He had to be standing, concealed pistol, no silencer, that’s another movie myth. Also pay attention to a straight line extended from the front. Charlie was sitting, shooter was standing. The bullet is still out there in the ground. But, they corrupted the crime scene. Good luck!
Opportunity. Here’s where opinion comes in. Charlie’s schedule was well publicized. The stage was set up. People all around. All wearing clothes in a grassy area. That’s where a lot of your retort went. From the shooter’s position he had to wait for a clear shot. He was far enough to blend but close enough to where he didn’t need to “line sight.” Again, not like in the movies. The first clear shot, pop, over and done. One shot. Not the nervous fanatical firing of some religious nut. Shooter knew he could hit anywhere from the neck to the skull. He had a feel for his weapon. Experience! Pop, turn, over and gone.
Motive. Charlie, in spite of all the hype was of no danger to Israel, the New World Order, or the Girl Scouts. He was a good man with a good gig. His debates were high entertainment with a touch of that good old time religion. He had a following and his philosophy will live on. He was so Christian that none of his crew on the stage pulled a gun when he fell. In my opinion he was killed by a small group of people who had just enough expertise to do this but nowhere near Dealy Plaza in 1963. The man on the roof was one of these people. His boyfriend probably is too. There is misplaced loyalty here. That’s why the “alleged” shooter went silent. Just like Lee Harvey Oswald. When this all falls apart you will not believe the reason. The man on the roof was having an affair with a transgender in Utah! It’s hard to have an affair with your WIFE in Utah!
You have already seen the Whack a Doodles come out. From magic bullets to vengeful wives. Disregard them all. People will say anything for clicks. History will tell if Charlie made a difference. He made a difference with me. Appreciate the special people who come your way. God’s gonna want them back.
